The print is too small or clipped

Match the paper size and orientation in the customiser and printer dialog. Turn off browser headers and footers. If the browser print view changes the layout, download the PDF instead. See the step-by-step print guide.

The dates look different from what I expected

Check Sunday or Monday start. For a weekly planner, choose any valid date inside the week you want. The tool shows the full aligned week, including neighbouring months or years. The hourly and daily planners are deliberately undated.

A download doesn’t appear

Wait for the PDF-ready message, then check your browser’s downloads. Some mobile browsers open the PDF in a new view. A full-year pack has twelve pages and takes longer than one sheet. If creation fails, use Print / Save as PDF. SVG exports of a full-year pack may need permission for multiple files.

What’s supported?

Gregorian years 1900–2100, A4 and US Letter, both orientations, Sunday/Monday week starts, and notes up to 180 characters. No holidays, accounts, school calendars, stored events or half-hour slots are included. Direct PDFs contain selectable text and vector lines. Latin and CJK fonts are supported; use browser print or SVG for other characters. PDFs are not tagged documents.
