A LITTLE GUIDANCE

Make this page work for you.

A monthly calendar is a good place for appointments, bills and a few important dates. It gives you a broad view without asking you to plan every hour.

Dated or completely blank

For a dated calendar, choose a year and month. For a reusable blank monthly calendar, turn on “Undated grid”: the weekday headings stay in place, but the month name and date numbers disappear. You can fill them in by hand. Both versions keep six rows, so even a month that spans six calendar weeks has enough room.

A week that starts your way

Choose Sunday start for a familiar US calendar arrangement, or Monday start to group the working week before the weekend. The dates move with the headings; this is more than changing the labels. The setting stays on this page rather than opening another version of the same calendar.

Add a small reminder

Type up to 180 characters in Notes to put a short reminder at the bottom of the sheet. Leave it empty for writing lines. Notes stay in this tab and in the files you choose to download. For more detailed daily tasks, use the daily planner instead.

Print at the right size

Match A4 or US Letter in both the customiser and your printer dialog. Select the same orientation, turn off browser headers and footers, and check the print preview. The sheet has its own margins. Use the PDF if your browser changes the print layout.
