DAYFRAME / A LITTLE CLARITY

Privacy policy

Your calendar stays in your tab. Optional analytics and contact messages have separate, explicit purposes.

Updated 7 October 2026. Dayframe is operated by Rob.

Calendar settings and notes

The customiser runs locally. We do not send calendar notes to our server or analytics. Downloaded files contain any notes you add. Refreshing clears the notes in the form.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose Accept analytics. Rejecting sends no Google analytics requests. If accepted, Google receives basic visit data, browser/device information, IP address and the calendar layout, paper size and orientation for preview, print and download actions. These actions do not prove a completed physical print. We send the page path without query strings or fragments, and do not send calendar notes, contact messages, names or email addresses as analytics data. Advertising signals and personalisation are disabled.

Your analytics choice is stored in localStorage on this device. After consent Google may set first-party _ga cookies. Use Privacy choices in the footer to reject or withdraw; withdrawal disables measurement, clears these cookies and reloads the page. Previously collected analytics is not automatically erased by withdrawal. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy terms, potentially outside your country. Google privacy policy.

Contact messages

If email contact is available and you submit the form, your name, reply email, topic and message are processed by Netlify Functions and Resend to send email to Rob. Contact information is used to respond, handle privacy requests and prevent abuse; it is not sent to analytics. Avoid sensitive information. Messages may remain in the email inbox while handling the request and subsequent correspondence. Ask via the form if you want your correspondence deleted, subject to any necessary record keeping. Provider logs and backups follow their own retention policies. Resend privacy policy and Netlify privacy policy.

Hosting and safeguards

Netlify hosts the site and can process normal request data, including IP addresses and browser headers, for delivery, security and rate limits. The contact form uses a short-lived signed challenge, a honeypot and a per-IP platform rate limit. No account or database is used.

Questions

Use Contact & help for a privacy question. The page checks whether email is configured and available, and displays an honest error if sending fails. We do not sell calendar or contact information.
