A LITTLE GUIDANCE

Make this page work for you.

Use this weekly planner when a month is too broad and a daily schedule feels too detailed. Write appointments in the day boxes and keep a short list of priorities for the whole week.

Choose any day in your week

Set the year, month and a day that falls in the week you need. Dayframe finds the Sunday or Monday at the beginning of that week and prints all seven dates. A week that crosses a month or year boundary includes the correct neighbouring dates. The day field is a date, not a week number.

Use it again without dates

Switch on the undated grid if you prefer to fill in dates yourself. Weekday headings remain, along with an eighth box for the week’s priorities. This can be a useful master sheet to print again whenever you need a fresh start.

Pick a writing shape

Portrait uses two columns with taller day boxes. Landscape uses four columns with wider boxes. Both versions put notes underneath. Use the hourly planner if you need a line for each hour rather than open day boxes.

Print at the right size

Match A4 or US Letter in both the customiser and your printer dialog. Select the same orientation, turn off browser headers and footers, and check the print preview. The sheet has its own margins. Use the PDF if your browser changes the print layout.
