A LITTLE GUIDANCE

Make this page work for you.

Use an hourly planner for appointments, study blocks or a day with several fixed commitments. The sheet is undated, so you can use the same arrangement on any day.

Set your day’s boundaries

Start hour is the first printed row. End hour is the end of the final time block, so 07:00 to 20:00 prints rows labelled 07:00 through 19:00. Hours use the 24-hour clock. An end of 24:00 represents midnight at the end of the day.

Leave some flexibility

Each row represents one whole hour. There are no half-hour subdivisions in this release. Write within a row if you need a more precise time, and keep a little space between commitments when possible.

Check the row height

A shorter hour range gives each block more writing room. A full 24-hour range is more compact, especially in landscape. For an open task list without time slots, choose the daily planner; for an overview across seven days, use the weekly planner.

Print at the right size

Match A4 or US Letter in both the customiser and your printer dialog. Select the same orientation, turn off browser headers and footers, and check the print preview. The sheet has its own margins. Use the PDF if your browser changes the print layout.
